- Recording and Instrumentation:
- I was inspired to try using my French horn for this recording, a first for me if you exclude the distorted horn in T. Poison. Although I hadn't played the thing in nerely two years I think it turned out all right. Both the French horn harmonies and guitar and bass parts were written just before I went to record them. The keyboard supplied the bass as usual as well as the piano and drums in the "rock out" section. There is also a distorted guitar in that section, but it is mixed fairly far down. The huge juxtaposition of styles was really a last minute decision; I had originally thought it would be more of a sparse piano arrangement for the middle section. The drum track I believe I did in just one take, hence the its really sporadic unplanned feeling. I am particularly proud of the horn harmonies in the last five seconds of the song.

- Song History:
- This is my tenth name song, after a long stint of not recording any new ones. I actually wrote this song years ago, but was only inspired to record it while I was home for winter break. It has reminded me how much fun they are. Maybe I'll start making more again.
